Since 2013 insideSCM is supporting FrieslandCampina to standardize and simplify processes, systems and data globally. Seventeen local systems are replaced by one standard SAP system and way of working. In the process an effective network organization was set-up, improving cooperation between operating companies and enabling continuous improvement globally.
